BATH TOWELS, MATS & OTHER TEXTILE

We charge a flat fee of $5 for every bath towel and textile order, with free shipping available if you cart out the minimum spend mentioned at the top of the page or during checkout. The Stacked Store is only shipping to Singapore addresses at the moment (with some exceptions for restricted locations), and we currently do not offer international deliveries.

Once you place your order for a bath towel or bathroom mat from our online store, you should receive your items within two to four working days. All orders placed before 9am SGT are fulfilled on the same day, whereas orders placed after 9am SGT are fulfilled on the next business day. External events such as Public Holidays, weekends, and warehouse closures may affect your order arrival – however, rest assured that the The Stacked Store team strives to deliver your items as soon as possible.

Your bath towels, textiles, and mats are eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:

• Item is defective
• Item arrives broken
• A return request is sent to us within 14 days of you receiving the order

We offer refunds in the form of store credits or cash (subject to availability), as well as exchanges (subject to approval).

You will receive a tracking link and confirmation email once you place your order of bath towels and textiles on our online store. You can also see the status of your order in your The Stacked Store account page. The Stacked Store works with a third-party courier company to handle shipping and delivery across Singapore, and delivery information will be updated by our partner once your order is fulfilled. Get in touch with our team if you have any questions about your order or the delivery process.
